Business leaders reviewing AI implementation plans
Dominik Kucharski during a client conversation

My name is Dominik.

I spent five years at NatWest, where cost control and process discipline were the baseline. If a system could handle the work, it should not still be sitting on someone's task list. I still work from that same mindset.

In 2025, I started my own business and began testing AI on my own operations first. Step by step, I worked out what actually saves time, reduces friction, and improves the quality of day-to-day work, from better ChatGPT workflows to Make.com and Claude Code.

Now I help clients get there faster and avoid the mistakes that are easy to see coming.

I specialize in using generative AI to automate business processes.

Workshops

Custom workshops built around the tools and use cases your team actually needs. In many companies, the fastest win is not a major system. It is helping people get much more out of ChatGPT, image tools, video tools, and custom GPTs.

Implementation

A full process audit, a prioritized implementation map, and solutions built around how your business really operates. The outcome is not a flashy demo. It is a system your team can actually use.

Advisory

Practical guidance for founders and managers who need to make smart decisions about AI. We focus on where it fits, where it does not, and how to avoid expensive distractions.

Why clients bring me in

Anna Toboła

Anna Toboła

Toboła Agency

I'm moving from solo work into building a team, and I can already see how much time this could save me. We talked through document flow and communication, and it made it obvious where these tools can actually help.

The audit and implementation plan showed me how much more I can still do to save time and grow revenue. I do not have time to follow every new AI tool. Instead, I got tailored solutions I can roll out one by one.

Ewelina Fiołek

I was already using AI, but not in a way that really matched how I work. The audit showed me how much time I could win back. When you are moving from solo work to building an office, tools like this make a real difference.

Frequently asked questions

We already use ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?

For some companies, yes, especially if they are already using ChatGPT well. I also help teams use chatbots in a way that reduces their weak spots and gets much more value out of them. There are still hard limits you cannot really push past. For example: - You have to re-establish the context over and over, and long threads tend to degrade. - Data from multiple sources still has to be stitched together and cleaned up before AI can use it well. - ChatGPT cannot pull data from your systems or write files back on its own. Someone still has to move things around manually.

Will this work with our current ERP or CRM?

Usually, yes. Even with older systems, the payoff is often worth the effort. A lot of the value comes from the layer around the legacy stack. You do not always need to replace everything to get meaningful gains.

Do I need a technical background?

No. I match the level of the work to the level of the client. I help fill in the knowledge your team actually needs in order to use AI well. I am not going to start with AI agents if no one knows what an API is yet. I am not going to start with Claude Code if your team has never used an IDE. We only go deeper when there is a real business reason to do it.

Do we need an ongoing retainer after implementation?

No. When the project ends, the documentation stays with you and the solutions are yours. I do not create artificial dependency. Ongoing support can be useful, but I work in a way that never makes it required.
